M-DOT INC. Has need for:

Experienced Machinists - Both CNC and Manual

QA Inspector (ISO 9001 & PC Literacy Highly Desirable)

Hardware expeditor/Truck driver. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and aerospace hardware a plus.

Draftsmen familiar with ANSI 14.5. Solid modeling experience, especially with Solidworks, would be useful. Design detailing and drawing checking abilities are required. An Engineering background is a plus.

ALSO -

Mechanical engineers & Technicians with experience in design fab & test of ultra high speed rotating machines including: small gas turbines, turbojets, turboprops & turbopumps. We work with engines that are miniature to microscopic in scale. Special areas of interest include:

• aerodynamics
• rotordynamics
• stress analysis (experience with Algor fea code is desirable)
• high speed bearings and spindles
• engine and rig test (experience with Labview code is desirable)
• micromachines
• centrifugal & axial compressors
• rolling element bearings
• air or gas bearings
• combustors
• radial inflow and axial turbines
• balancing of high speed spindles & shafts
• turbomachinery assembly and test
